Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods such as PayPal, credit card or prepayment by bank transfer. YEYE WELLER does not store or register any data about your payment details. All payments are made via secure SSL-encrypted pages through the payment provider.

 

Do you sell your products to retailers?

Yes. If you own a business and are interested in selling our brand, please contact us. We offer wholesale prices for our partners: info@yeyeweller.com

 

Can I return a product?

Yes you can. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the product (s). Products must be returned in undamaged condition in their original packaging. Please fill out our return form.

If a product is factory defective or we have delivered the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs in the form of a refund. in all other cases you have to pay the shipping costs for the returned goods.

 

Where are the products made?

We focus on high quality goods at a fair price. That is why we have our products manufactured in different places around the world. Most of our products are manufactured in Germany by trusted suppliers.

What is the shipping cost and how long does it take for a package to arrive?

The shipping costs depend on your order and the shipping destination. Shipping within the EU is a flat rate of 15 euros. Outside the EU we charge a flat rate of 50 euros (60 $).

 

Delivery within the EU usually takes between 2 and 5 working days. Outside the EU, it can take significantly longer (often up to 4 weeks).
